I helped my friends in the Florida based “Game Show Gurus” launch their site and all their social media presences: http://www.thegameshowgurus.net
They run great game shows so you should have them at your convention.

This was the same Van Von Hunter Movie I was a part of. It is great to be part of an award winning film.
Again here is where to watch it: http://www.hulu.com/watch/166674/van-von-hunter
The Joe Kubert School of Cartoon and Graphic Art has been fostering the next generation of talent for the last 35 years. In this spotlight, Joe Kubert (Sgt. Rock, Hawkman) and his son, Adam Kubert (Astonishing Spider-Man/Wolverine), answer all your questions about the Kubert school. During this session, Joe Kubert will also demonstrate his drawing techniques in a live demo. The piece he creates in the demo will be raffled off with the proceeds benefiting the National Cartoonists Society Foundation to aid indigent cartoonists. Stop by the the Joe Kubert School booth (#2289) Friday or Saturday for details and to purchase raffle tickets. Don’t miss out on this chance to see a living legend create a work of art right before your eyes!

Watching him create the art was really awesome. It was simply amazing to watch him make Hawkman and of course learning about the school.
Today’s comics are built on the shoulders of giants, many of whom we are lucky enough to not only still have among us, but who are also still producing quality work. This year’s Golden/Silver Age panel features AL JAFFEE (Mad magazine; Al Jaffee’s Mad Life), JERRY ROBINSON (Batman; Jerry Robinson: The Ambassador of Comics), JOHN ROMITA (Spider-Man; Captain America), IRWIN HASEN (Justice Society; LoverBoy) and RAMONA FRADON (Aquaman; Brenda Starr). Moderator ARIE KAPLAN (From Krakow to Krypton: Jews and Comic Books, Masters of the Comic Book Universe Revealed!), who grew up reading Golden and Silver Age comics.

It is always great to hear the legends, the true legends speak.
Michael Uslan talks about Batman and his passion and involvement in the many mediums of Batman at New York Comic Con 2010. This was really fascinating to hear him speak on all of this.
In this panel moderated by Blair Butler, Marvel and G4 talk about and show their upcoming animes from the Marvel Universe, starting with Iron Man.
This was a fun panel and presentation.
I was working on Brother’s new PR-1000 microsite.
This is a pretty awesome product with a lot of features.
I was doing some nice work with 3D on this one.

This is video of the amazing and awesome inspiring Bella Gaia performed at DROM.
This extraordinary film successfully simulates space flight, is a ‘Living Atlas’ multimedia journey of our world, and expresses the deeply moving beauty of planet Earth as seen through the eyes of astronauts. Created by award winning director and classically trained violinist Kenji Williams, and in collaboration with NASA, BELLA GAIA™ features live performances by Williams and such musicians as Kaoru (flutes and taiko), Yumi Kurosawa (koto), Shanir Blumenkrantz (bass, oud), Lale Sayoko (belly dance) and A.R. Balaskandan (mridangam, kanjira and violin) against a large-screen backdrop of orbiting visualizations of Earth from space.
This panel was a very interesting about CPM (Central Park Media) that was very influential in the US market in bringing anime to the public in the US, and launching the careers of many prominent figures in the anime world.
This was shot at the New York Anime Festival 2009.
A panel of various former employees and current workers in the anime industries from CPM (such as Tom Wayland and Justin Servakis) talk about their experiences at CPM. Revealed in this panel is a lot of inside trivia, stories, and reflections of the past.
Back at NYAF I was invited to be in Tokyopop’s Van Von Hunter Movie.
It has finally premiered online:

I have a speaking part and actually I find it hilarious that of all the footage they shot at the first New York Anime Festival I am in a good percentage of it and that I told Van where Japan was! It looks like I played a key role in the film (about 44:52 in), I appear in a bunch of other spots as well. It is a cute movie.
